Hash Brown Casserole
Perfect side dish for a Sunday roast or to take to a potluck! Ingredients
- 2 pound bag hash browns
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 sm. container lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup Or cream of celery soup
- 3 c. cheese total use 1 c. mozzarella & 2 c. cheddar
- 1 c crushed corn flakes
- 2 T butter, melted
Directions
- Prepare a well greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Mix hash browns with all the above ingredients except corn flakes and butter.
- Put into the baking dish, top with corn flakes mixed with melted butter.
- Bake for 45 to 60 min at 350 degrees.
