Mango Pandan Dessert
This is a twist of the original Buco (Young coconut) Pandan recipe. I happen to have tasted the mango version in one of the catered events from my work and I thought I would replicate it. I did and it was a success! Ingredients
- Ripe mango
- Green Jelly gulaman
- Cream
- Condensed Milk
Directions
- To prepare the pandan gelatin, follow package direction and add a teaspoon of flavoring.
- When set, cut into cubes.
- Mix condensed milk, evaporated, milk, and sugar (optional).
- Add mangoes, and cubed gelatin.
- Adjust sweetness as desired.
