Madeline's Chocolate Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. flour, sifted
- 1 square bitter chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Beat sugar and butter together; then add in Large eggs. Beat till thoroughly mixed; add in flour and blend well. Add in chocolate and vanilla. Pour into a greased Pyrex pie plate (no crust) and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 25 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream. This recipe yields 8 servings.
