  • WW 3 Point Chocolate Fudge Pie

    This creamy and dreamy deep, dark chocolate pie is devilish and decadent, but not a diet killer. Infact it is only 3 points per serving, based on a 12 serving pie!

    Ingredients

    • 5 graham crackers
    • 2 tablespoons low-fat margarine, melted
    • 12 oz Silken Tofu, low-fat
    • 10 oz chocolate chips
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
    • 2 tablespoons low-fat milk 1%
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 teaspoon kirsch brandy
    • optional, light whipped cream squirted on each slice. Grate chocolate shavings from a good chocolate bar over whipped cream.

    Directions

    1. Crush graham crackers in a food processor. In a medium bowl, stir the margarine into the crumbs and press into the bottom of a pie pan coated with cooking spray.
    2. Melt the chocolate in microwave safe bowl for one minute. Stir, and then melt again for 30 seconds. Repeat until melted and smooth. If it is almost melted than you may want to heat for another 15 seconds. It's better to check more often and not overcook your chocolate which can clump up if cooked too long.Let cool for about 5 minutes while you combine the other ingredients.
    3. In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a food processor, put in the tofu through the brandy. Mix on high and add semi-cooled melted chocolate. Beat on high speed until creamy and smooth. Taste to see if it is creamy enough.
    4. Scoop and spread the chocolate mixture into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
