M/W Quick Rhubarb Crisp
Ingredients
- 3 c. Rhubarb, cut bite-size
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Quick oatmeal
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Margarine
Directions
- Place rhubarb in greased oblong microwave-safe baking dish. Combine sugar, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and spices.Mix margarine in till crumbly.
- Sprinkle over rhubarb. MICROWAVE for 12 to 16 min on HIGH or possibly till rhubarb is tender. About 6 servings.
