Ingredients

  • 3 c. Rhubarb, cut bite-size
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 2/3 c. Quick oatmeal
  • 1/3 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Margarine

Directions

  1. Place rhubarb in greased oblong microwave-safe baking dish. Combine sugar, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and spices.Mix margarine in till crumbly.
  2. Sprinkle over rhubarb. MICROWAVE for 12 to 16 min on HIGH or possibly till rhubarb is tender. About 6 servings.
