Low Cholesterol Matzo Meal Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Matzo Meal
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 x Egg Whites
- 1 c. Lowfat milk, or possibly Water
- 1/4 c. Margarine, Melted or possibly Oil
Directions
- 1. Stir the matzo meal; salt & sugar together.
- 2. Beat the egg whites and lowfat milk or possibly water together. Beat in the melted margarine or possibly oil.
- 3. Pour the egg mix into the matzo-meal mix and mix thoroughly.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins or possibly ungreased foil c.. (I would use the soup.
- Makes 8 matzo balls.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
