Low Cholesterol Oat Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 c. low-fat lowfat yoghurt
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 x egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. oat bran
- 11/20 c. flour
- 1 1/20 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients & mix well.
- Add in the dry mix to the wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20-25 mins.
- Makes 20 muffins. Watching your cholesterol isn't at all difficult when you can make muffins like this to have with a c. of tea.
