Lori's Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- 2 cans sauerkraut
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. minced onion
Directions
- Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Saute/fry bacon in large skillet. Remove bacon. Saute/fry onions for about 5 min. Stir in sauerkraut. Add in brown sugar and stir-fry over medium heat for 10 min. Crumble bacon over top. Serve hot.
