London Broil
Ingredients
- 1 c. corn oil (do not substitute oil)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- London Broil the size of your choice
Directions
- Put in oil, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, vinegar and mustrad in a blender and mix until thick.
- Pour over meat and chill for 24 hours.
- Cook the London broil as desired, reapplying marinade often.
- If you wish, reduce the remaining marinade down over medium heat to use as gravy. Make sure the sauce comes to a boil and reaches 165 degrees to kill any bacteria from the raw meat.
