Would also work great with chicken.
- 1 London Broil
- 1 bottle Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing or similar
- Pierce meat with fork on both sides.
- Pour salad dressing over meat and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour (the longer the better).
- Broil meat and marinate until done, about 5 min per side.
- Slice as thin as possible.
- Pour pan juices over meat for extra special flavor.
