Lobster Bisque Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lg. pkg. sea legs
- 4-6 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, sharp or possibly mild
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together and bring to a boil on low heat. Then add in your cheese. It can be thickened with cornstarch and water if desired.
