Lobster Bisque
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked lobster
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cook onion in butter till tender. Add in lowfat milk and cream cheese. Cook stirring occasionally till cheese is melted. Add in remaining ingredients. Heat and serve.
