Linguini With Pesto, Potatoes And Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. prepared Pesto Sauce
- 8 ounce red bliss potatoes cut in 1" pcs
- 1/2 lb fresh green beans cut into 1" pcs
- 1/2 lb linguini
- 3 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese Salt
Directions
- Bring a large pan of salted water to boil, and cook the linguini and potato pcs for 5 min. Throw in the beans and cook for another 2 min. Reserve a cupful of the cooking water, and drain the pasta and the vegetables. Turn into a heated serving bowl, fold in pesto and grated parmesan cheese, and 2 to 3 Tbsp. of the reserved cooking liquid. Toss very well and serve.
