Libby's Pumpkin Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1 c. nuts, minced
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together. Put together pumpkin, sugar, lowfat milk and large eggs in mixing bowl and beat. Add in dry ingredients and soft butter. Beat till well mixed then add in nuts. Bake in well greased loaf pan for 45 to 55 min in 350 degree oven.
