Easy Pumpkin Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 2 slightly beaten large eggs
- 3 1/4 c. (30 ounce can) pumpkin pie mix
- 2 pkg. (16 ounce each) nut bread mix
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice or possibly 1 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
Directions
- Put together large eggs and pie fold in large bowl; mix well. Add in bread mix and nuts. Add in pumpkin pie spice or possibly orange rind, if you like. Stir till well blended. Pour into two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake in 325 degree oven for 70 to 80 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min in pans; remove and cool completely before slicing. Makes 2 loaves.
