Kolbi Korean Style Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb Thin sliced short ribs
- 1 c. Soy sauce
- 6 x Cloves garlic -- crushed
- 1/4 x Inch piece ginger root -- Crushed
- 1 x Round
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 c. Sesame oil Onion -- sliced
Directions
- Mix ingredients in large bowl and let stand overnight. Grill over medium heat till meat is cooked (approximately 15 to 20 min). Serve warm with rice and enjoy.
