Korean Beef Ribs
Ingredients
- 4 x 1 1/2 inch thick beef, short, ribs
- 4 x garlic, cloves, chopped
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 12 x scallion
Directions
- Cut the meaty side of each short rib at 1/2" intervals leaving the bone attached.
- In a bowl whisk garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, vinegar, sesame seeds and pepper. Store ribs on large plastic resealable bag. Add in the scallions and marinate overnight.
- Throw away marinade. Grill the ribs for 6-8 min each side.
- Grill scallions for 4 min.
