Kidney Beans With Salami And Scallions
Ingredients
- 15 ounce Cn kidney beans, liquid removed
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar Salt and pepper
- 3/4 c. Salami, diced
- 1 c. Scallions, sliced
Directions
- Prep: 15 mins
- In a medium bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Beat with a fork to blend. Add in beans, salami, and scallions, and toss together.
