Ingredients

  • 15 ounce Cn kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 c. Salami, diced
  • 1 c. Scallions, sliced

Directions

  1. Prep: 15 mins
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Beat with a fork to blend. Add in beans, salami, and scallions, and toss together.
