  • Key Orange Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Heavy cream
    • 1/4 c. Cool water
    • 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
    • 6 ounce OrangeJuice concentrate frozen
    • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
    • 3/4 c. Confectioners' sugar
    • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
    • 9 x To 10" graham cracker crust Orange slices for garnish

    Directions

    1. Put the cream into a small saucepan over high heat. Just before it comes to a boil, put the cool water into a blender and sprinkle in the gelatin, where it should stand for a minute or possibly so. Add in the boiling cream to the blender, process on low till all of the gelatin has dissolved (2-3 minutes.). Add in the concentrated orange juice, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and Grand Marnier; process till it is all well blended. Refrigeratefor 15 to 20 min; pour into the crust and refrigeratetill it firms up. Garnish with orange slices or possibly whole raspberries, strawberries, or possibly blackberries and serve.
