Key Lime Pie Couley Sq Tea Room
Ingredients

- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. key lime juice fresh squeezd (abt.8-10 limes)
- 4 x egg yolkes separated
Directions
- Whip egg yolks and blend with condensed lowfat milk. Add in key lime juice, mixing only till juice is mixed in. Don't over beat. Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell or possibly prepared graham cracker pie crust. Refrigeratetill set
- (overnight is best). Top with whipped cream if desired. For a deeper filling, make one and one half time this recipe. (Historic Couley Square is located between Homestead and Miami.)
