    Step into my Kitchen and sit a while,Share this delicious and Healthy meal with me ,add some hot whole grain garlic Bread ,A tossed salad of Tomatoes and assorted Greens,and for dessert splurge Strawberries dipped in Dark Chocolate,yummy .Dinners ready ..

    Ingredients

    • 1box linguine,uncooked
    • 1cup diced mushrooms either button or mix any others such as shitakes,or chanterelles
    • 1cup fresh baby peas
    • 3 leeks chopped
    • 1fresh carrot diced
    • 4 cloves garlic minced
    • 4 plum tomatoes diced
    • 1/2 cp white wine
    • salt ,pepper fresh basil,and thyme to taste.
    • 1/2 cp parm cheese

    Directions

    1. Boil water cook pasta
    2. IN a LARGE SAUTE PAN add olive oil add mushrooms,saute ,add garlic then add leeks and carrots saute add your fresh tomatoes cook 15 add all seasoning add wine then peas last cook 15 minutes.
    3. add the cooked pasta to the veggies toss .to combine
    4. and serve with cheese on the side with the whole grain bread
