Jaded Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake

- 3 small over ripe bananas, mashed
- 100g chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 5 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 100g honey
- 75ml olive oil
- 125g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Half tsp bicarbonate of soda
Directions
- Whisk the mashed banana with the peanut butter, yogurt, honey and oil until smooth.
- In a large bowl, sift in the flour, baking powder and soda.
- Gradually fold in the banana mixture into the dry mixture until almost mixed. Add in the chocolate chips, gently folding until no more flour is seen.
- Transfer to a lined tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes until brown.
