Italian Chicken And Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 x (14 1/2 oz) can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1 x (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. cool water Warm cooked spaghetti
Directions
- In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray; cook chicken for 5 to 6 min on each side or possibly till the juices run clear.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, bring tomatoes, mushrooms, basil and garlic pwdr to a boil.
- Combine cornstarch and water; add in to tomato mix. Return to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min. Serve chicken over spaghetti, top with tomato sauce.
- Serves 4.
