Inihaw na Bangus
Grilled fish is always a family favorite in the Philippines Ingredients
- 1 big sized Bangus (milk fish)
- 1 medium tomato (diced)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 small ginger (diced)
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, mix onion, tomatoes, ginger, salt and pepper.
- Stuff bangus with the mixture and sprinkle with salt.
- Grease aluminum foil or banana leaves with oil and wrap bangus individually.
- Grill on hot coals
- Serve
