  • Inihaw Na Bangus (Grilled Milkfish)

    Ingredients

    • 1 whl bangus (about 2 lbs) or possibly white fish, dressed
    • 2 slc Lemon
    • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1/8 tsp Pepper
    • 1/2 c. Tomatoes, minced
    • 1/4 c. Onions, minced
    • 2 x Green onions, choppe

    Directions

    1. 1. With sharp knife, cut along back of the fish and remove the backbo Rub fish inside and out with lemon slices, sprinkle with salt and pepp
    2. 2. Mix tomatoes, onions and green onions. Stuff fish with the mixtur through its back opening. Wrap in foil and grill over live coals unti done. (about 15 min on each side).
    3. 3. Serve with lemon wedges or possibly with a lemon juice and patis (fish sauc dip.
    4. Preparation and Cooking Time: 45 min Serves 4
