Pinaksiw na Boneless Bangus

- 1 kilo boneless bangus, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium tomato red, sliced
- 1 small ginger, crushed
- 2 pcs finger chili green
- 1 cup cane vinegar
- pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Arrange all the ingredients in a wok. Cover.
- Simmer for over medium fire until the bangus is cooked. (around 10-15 mins)
- Remove from heat.
- Serve with steamed rice.
