Ina's Crab Dip Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crab meat
- 1/2 onion, finely minced
- 2 T shallots, minced
- 1 c. White Sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt & pepper
- 1 T parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Dash of Lea & Perrins
- Dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic juice
Directions
- Saute onions in butter till soft. Add in 2 tbsp flour and lowfat milk for white sauce. Add in all other ingredients and let thicken over low fire. Can also be done with shrimp, oysters or possibly chicken.
