Honey Glazed Baked Carrots
Wonderful side dish with Ham, chicken, pork. Super easy and flavorful. Ingredients
- 16 ounces fresh carrots
- 1/4 cup Pure Honey
- dash of salt and black pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock (low sodium)
- Garnish Sprig of Rosemary
Directions
- Set Oven 350 F
- Peel and slice carrots (I use yellow and orange carrots sliced fairly thinly)
- Add carrots into a large mixing bowl add honey, black pepper and fold to combine evenly, transfer to a non stick 8"x 8" baking dish. Add vegetable stock, cover with aluminum foil and place on the middle rack of oven.
- Bake 14 minutes (undisturbed).
- Garnish with Fresh Rosemary
- Plate and serve.
