Honey Glazed Baked Carrots

Wonderful side dish with Ham, chicken, pork. Super easy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces fresh carrots
  • 1/4 cup Pure Honey
  • dash of salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock (low sodium)
  • Garnish Sprig of Rosemary

Directions

  1. Set Oven 350 F
  2. Peel and slice carrots (I use yellow and orange carrots sliced fairly thinly)
  3. Add carrots into a large mixing bowl add honey, black pepper and fold to combine evenly, transfer to a non stick 8"x 8" baking dish. Add vegetable stock, cover with aluminum foil and place on the middle rack of oven.
  4. Bake 14 minutes (undisturbed).
  5. Garnish with Fresh Rosemary
  6. Plate and serve.
