Honey Chilli Chicken
Chicken drenched in sweet-spicy-salty flavors and scented with curry leaves. Ingredients
- 400g chicken (cut into bite sizes)
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp worcheshire sauce
- 1 tbsp plain chilli powder (or as you prefer)
- 1 large onion - sliced
- 3 sprigs curry leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients except onion and curry leaves for at least 4 hours.
- In heated oil, saute onion and curry leaves.
- Add marinated chicken, stir, pour 1/4 cup of water and simmer.
- Stir and cook till chicken is tender and gravy thickens up.
- Remove from heat.
