Homestyle Chicken Tocino
This is how curing a chicken is like :) Ingredients
- 1kg chicken breast fillet
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Del Monte 100% Pineapple Juice
- 2 tbsp banana ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon iodized fine salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
Directions
- Flat the chicken breasts by pounding. Set aside.
- Combine brown sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, pineapple juice and banana ketchup.
- Refrigerate and marinade chicken overnight.
- Pan grill (or pan fry) each cuts.
- Slice into strips and serve.
