  • Chicken And Shrimp Stir Fry

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/8" strips
    • 1 clove garlic, chopped
    • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    • Deveined raw shrimp
    • 2 c. broccoli flowerets
    • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    • 1 med. red bell pepper, cut into strips
    • 1 (12 ounce.) jar Heinz Homestyle Chicken Gravy
    • 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
    • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • Chow mein noodles, warmed

    Directions

    1. In large skillet or possibly wok, stir fry chicken and garlic in 1 Tbsp. oil for 2 min. Add in shrimp and stir fry 2 to 3 min or possibly till chicken and shrimp are cooked. Remove, stir fry broccoli, mushrooms and bell pepper in remaining 1 Tbsp. oil about 2 to 3 min or possibly till vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in gravy and next 2 ingredients. Return chicken and shrimp to skillet; heat. Serve over chow mein noodles. Makes 4 servings, about 4 c..
