- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Sherry or possibly marsala
- 2 x Green onions, chopped
- 2/3 c. Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp Chinese chili paste Garlic, optional Chicken, cut in 8ths
