Mary's Hoisin Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken thighs, legs, or possibly pcs
- 1/4 c. Hoisin sauce
- 1/4 c. plum chutney or possibly plum sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 med fresh ginger root piece sliced thin Juice of 1 lime
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add in chicken; coat well and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5 to 6 hrs on LOW. Serve with rice.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
