Herbed Turkey Meatloaf (Gluten Free)
A few simple changes created an amazing meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 sleeve Breton Herb & Garlic Gluten Free crackers
- 1 Shallot
- 10-12 large mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and peppe
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place ground turkey in a bowl
- Using a food processor grind crackers, add to bowl
- Next, grind shallot and mushrooms in food processor; depending on size of your processor you might need to do in 2 sections, cut shallot in pieces, mushrooms in half; add to bowl.
- Knead with hands to blend together (you might want to pull down gloves)
- Add egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper, continue to blend
- Coat pan with olive oil spray, add turkey mixture
- Bake for 1 hour
