    Herbed Turkey Meatloaf (Gluten Free)

    A few simple changes created an amazing meatloaf


    • 1 lb lean ground turkey
    • 1/2 sleeve Breton Herb & Garlic Gluten Free crackers
    • 1 Shallot
    • 10-12 large mushrooms
    • 1 egg
    • 2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    • Salt and peppe


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Place ground turkey in a bowl
    3. Using a food processor grind crackers, add to bowl
    4. Next, grind shallot and mushrooms in food processor; depending on size of your processor you might need to do in 2 sections, cut shallot in pieces, mushrooms in half; add to bowl.
    5. Knead with hands to blend together (you might want to pull down gloves)
    6. Add egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper, continue to blend
    7. Coat pan with olive oil spray, add turkey mixture
    8. Bake for 1 hour
