Herb Lemon Bread
Ingredients
- 2 loaves French bread
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 tbsp. + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. herbs, freshly chopped
Directions
- Slice bread into 1" slices. Mix together butter, lemon juice, and herbs; spread generously on cut slices of bread. Wrap each loaf in heavy duty aluminum foil. Heat 15 to 20 min in 350 degree oven. Serve immediately.
