Healthy Milk Shakes
Ingredients
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. instant dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid sugar substitute
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened chocoalte
- 5 to 6 ice cubes
Directions
- Use fresh strawberries instead of chocolate (to taste).
