- 9 quart WATER, Cool
- 8 3/4 lb Lowfat milk SHAKE MIX 1/2 GAL
- 1 pkt BEV BASE PWD CHERRY
Directions
- 1. DISSOLVE CHERRY FLAVORED BEVERAGE BASE IN Hot WATER. MIX 3 1/2 Quart RECONSTITUTED BEVERAGE BASE CONCENTRATE WITH VANILLA ICE Lowfat milk-Lowfat milk, DEHYDRATED. STIR IN Cool WATER. MIX THOROUGHLY.
- 2. Refrigerate4 TO 24 Hrs TO 35 F. TO 40 F.
- 3. STIR Till SMOOTH. POUR INTO TOP HOPPER OF Lowfat milk SHAKE MACHINE.
- FREEZER TO A TEMPERATURE OF 27 F. TO 30 F. RESERVE LEFTOVER 1 1/2 Quart RECONSTITUTED BEVERAGE BASE CONCENTRATE FOR NEXT BATCH.
