Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 72 pounds Frozen Hash Browns
- 12 cups Vegetable shortening
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 3/4 cup Salt
Directions
- Place layer of potatoes on well greased 400 F. griddle; cook 15 minutes; turn; brown on other side.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Hold at 140 F. or higher for service.
