Baked Cheese Hash Brown & Onion Patties with Rosemary Sour Cream

- One 16 ounce frozen bag of shredded hash browns
- 1/2 onion grated
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese or sharp shredded cheddar
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- Drizzling of Olive Oil
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl add frozen hash brown potatoes, diced onion, salt and black pepper, cheese and mix well with clean hands. Round out patties and place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan(s), Drizzle with olive oil (or can sub Canola Oil).
- Place in a 425 F hot oven and bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the Sauce: 1/2 cup sour cream, dash of black pepper, finely chopped rosemary
