Hash Brown Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) pt. lowfat sour cream
- 12 ounce. shredded sharp or possibly cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery, don't dilute
- 1 can cream of mushroom, don't dilute
- Minced onion to taste, red or possibly white
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pound bag frzn hash browns, set out of freezer 1/2 hour
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, adding hash browns last. Pat in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered in ungreased pan.
