Ham With Pineapple Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 slc fully cooked ham (1/2 inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 x (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 dsh grnd cloves
Directions
- In a skillet, saute/fry ham slices in butter till warmed. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine all of the remaining ingredients; simmer for 3 min. Serve over ham.
