  • Ham 'N Eggs Crescent Brunch Pizza

    Ingredients

    • 1 can (8-ounce) pillsbury quick crescent dinner rolls
    • 4 x Large eggs
    • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 tsp Salt, if you like
    • 1 x -(up to)
    • 1 1/4 c. Cubed, cooked ham
    • 4 x -(up to)
    • 5 ounce Mozzarella cheese
    • 1 pkt (9-ounce) frzn cut broccoli, thawed, liquid removed
    • 1 can (4.5-ounce) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
    • 2 Tbsp. Minced green pepper
    • 1 lrg Tomato, peeled, seeded, diced (about 1 c.)
    • 2 Tbsp. Grated parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Seperate dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or possibly 13X9-inch pan; press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to create crust. Seal perforations. Beat Large eggs with Italian seasoning and salt; pour into doughlined pan. Top with ham, mozzarella cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, green peppers and tomato;sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min or possibly till edges are set and crust golden. 6 to 8 servings.
