    Nothing better than fresh guacamole, to slather onto a sandwich or enjoy with nachos or soft tacos.


    • 3-4 Ripe Avocados
    • 1 Roma Tomato Cubed into small pieces
    • 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
    • 1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
    • 1 Fresh Lime Juice
    • 1 Cerrano or Jalapeno Pepper Chopped Fine
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • Shredded Cooked Chicken (Optional)
    • Nachos, or Soft Taco


    1. Slice Avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the soft insides into a bowl or mortar and pestle.
    2. Crush the Avocados
    3. Salt Avocados
    4. Squeeze Lime Juice into crushed Avocados
    5. Add Cubed Roma Tomato
    6. Add Chopped Red Onion
    7. Add Chopped Cilantro
    8. Add Jalapeno or Cerrano Peppers
    9. Mix together well.
    10. Serve on soft tacos and top with cooked chicken or serve with nachos.
