Grilled Strip Steaks With Horseradish Guacamole
Ingredients
- 6 x New York strip steaks - (8 ounce ea)
- 1 1/2 c. steak sauce
- 1 tsp coarsely-grnd black pepper Horseradish Guacamole (see recipe)
Directions
- Place steak in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add in steak sauce and pepper. Seal bag; refrigerate30 min, turning once. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 7 min on each side or possibly to desired degree of doneness. Serve with Horseradish Guacamole.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
