Grilled Shrimp And Sole
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 c. Flour
- 4 lrg Sole fillets
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms, quartered
- 1/2 lb Shrimp peeled, deveined and Cut into 3 pcs
- 1 Tbsp. Minced chives Salt and pepper to taste Juice of one lemon
Directions
- 1) Preheat oven to 150 F.
- 2. Mix paprika and flour season well. Dredge fish in flour and shake off excess.
- 3. Heat oil and butter in large frying pan. Add in fish and cook 2 min over medium-high heat.
- 4. Turn fillets over, season and continue cooking 2 min.
- 5. Remove fish from pan and keep warm in oven.
- 6. placed remaining ingredients in pan and cook 3-4 min over medium heat.
- 7. Serve with the sole.
