Grilled Salmon With Lemon And Dill
Ingredients
- 4 x salmon steaks or possibly filets Juice of 1 large lemon or possibly 2 small lemons
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp dry dill
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
Directions
- Place salmon in a shallow, non-reactive dish. Combine marinade ingredients; pour over salmon. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hrs. Grill salmon directly over medium coals, basting with marinade, for about 4 min on each side or possibly till fish flakes easily.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
