Grilled Pork Loin Roasts

- 2- 4-6 pound Pork Tenderloin Roasts
- Simple Marinade:
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock (low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- two teaspoon onion salt
- two teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions
- Set grill on Low to slow grill these tenderloin roasts, I wrap ours in aluminum foil after marinade for 15 minutes using a re-sealable bag (s) add vegetable stock through black pepper in a large bag and allow roasts to marinade
- Place in aluminum foil packets and slow cook on the grill one hour, remove from aluminum foil and place on grill top grates to finish grilling time (15 additional minutes)
- Let meat rest and then slice and serve.
